Advice and Help for Consumers

Here you'll find links to other websites that provide information and help if you're not satisfied with something you've bought or with some work you've paid for, or if you would like some pre-shopping advice.  

Alternatively, you can ring to speak to one of Consumer Direct's trained advisers on 08454 04 05 06.  If you want to email your request for advice, you can do this on the link below.  The link will take you to a form you can complete on their website.  Whether you phone or email, Consumer Direct will give first line advice, but will refer cases back to us if appropriate.   The opening hours for Consumer Direct are Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

You can also e-mail us to let us know about something you feel we should know about, or to comment on the service we provided.
