> I cannot find the timetable I want ?

Go to the timetable page for the whole county and enter the name of the town or village you want details for into the search box, and that will give you a list of timetables for that area

> I still cannot find a timetable for the journey I want to make ?

There may not be a direct bus for the journey, and you will need to change buses, take a train, or walk part of the way.

Try the traveline Journey Planner (see notes below) which will give suggested travel options

or ring traveline 0871 200 22 33 (calls cost 12p per minute plus your 'phone company access charge)

If you do not need immediate information, contact us and we will can offer advice

> I need to plan a difficult journey ?

   Go to the Journey Planner

Enter points you wish to travel to / from (it will take post codes if you have them)

There are also "More Options" for whether you want an arrival or departure time; whether you want to use any mode or just buses; and even walking speeds.

> I want Fares Information ?

Some Sample fares can be found here.

The fares page also has a link to the Stagecoach website which has far more information on their services

There is no end date on the timetable, and it started some time ago ?

Unlike rail timetables that run for fixed periods, bus timetables can stay the same for many years - or change every few weeks.

Operators normally have to give eight weeks notice of changes and tell the County Council. Once we know a timetable is changing we put details on our Bus News page

> I have my own website and want to add a link to a timetable ?

The links on our main pages update every time a timetable changes, so the links break.

We therefore have a page with special links that are updated for each change.

If the one you want is not there, contact us and we will add it.

> I need to talk to someone ?

For timetable information ring traveline 0871 200 22 33 (calls costs 12p per minute plus you 'phone company's access charge)

For other issues 0333 240 69 65 (option 1) {Monday to Friday : 08:30 to 17:00} and ask to speak to the Scheduled Bus Services Officer

or e.mail us at and we will  call you back (although this may not be immediately)
