9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Contact Centre:
8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
8.30am to 12.30pm Saturdays

Adult Social Care office opening hours (applies to all offices):
9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
9.00am to 4.30pm Friday

For Social Care emergencies outside of office hours, at the weekend or during bank holidays, contact the Out of Hours Service on 01228 526690 - please note this number is for Social Care emergencies only and not for flood related emergencies.
