*Producing, Class list, registers, attendance records, allergy registers , checking milk orders etc.
* Producing dinner numbers for the kitchen, keeping record and completion of relevant forms.
*Ordering and arranging aspects of travel. Helping in the organisation of school trips
*Coordinating: ordering of text books, sorting daily post, invoicing etc.
*All general office work and assisting teachers when necessary.

Familiarity with the SIMS system would be an advantage and training will be offered. The appointed person will work closely with the senior administrator who works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and who will help with training.

One of the main aspects of the post will be dealing with parents, the public and all educational agencies as front of house. The running of the office varies greatly from day to day as in all busy primary schools.
