This on-line facility enables both public and professionals to make referrals to Cumbria County Council's Adult Social Care and Children's Services directorates to request an assessment of social care need. Please ensure you read the details on this page before completing the form.
If you wish to refer someone you know, you must do this with their consent.
We will check for new referrals daily during normal working hours (see below). Please do not use this facility to contact us with urgent or emergency enquiries. These should be telephoned through to Customer Services at your local office. Details are given in the Contact Us page.

Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
