Website Performance

Cumbria County Council aim to have these web pages available for at least 99%  of the time.  To measure the effectiveness of this service the Council utilises a monitoring service, giving customers an independent measure of our performance. We regret that we are unable to provide figures for performance of the website prior to the implementation of monitoring facility, in December 2005.

Website Usage Statistics

Cumbria County  Council measures the customer usage of it's website and uses the resulting information to encourage take-up of its online services.  While the usage statistics are available historically back to 2003, please note that the measurement techniques available up to January 2006 were not as sophisticated, and therefore there is some variation between these and more recent figures.
